Job Responsibilities Ensure the efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and reliability of our logistics and transportation network. Build and maintain strong partnerships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to address operational challenges. Possess excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and coordinate across departments. Leverage technological tools and innovations to streamline and optimize transportation operations. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, quality, legal/statutory, and financial regulations. Person Specifications Proven experience in transportation management within the logistics industry. A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent leadership and communication abilities. Familiarity with relevant transportation software and technology.
