We are seeking data-driven Transport & Fleet Operations Supervisor to manage our daily activities. In this role, you will lead driver & vehicle management, vehicle maintenance, shift handling, client management and daily report making and report compilation of reports for monthly analysis. The ideal candidate must possess strong transport business operations knowledge and Excel skills to accurately track fuel, mileage, vehicle deployment and fleet performance metrics.

You will supervise daily driver schedules, monitor attendance, and conduct performance reviews to maintain a safe and productive workforce. Additionally, you will oversee the vehicle fleet by coordinating regular maintenance, handling workshop repairs, and keeping all registrations and permits updated. Utilizing Microsoft Excel, you will build and analyze performance logs to identify cost-saving strategies and present operational reports to management.
