Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators and finding solutions for their improvement. Daily communication with the LSP-s Leadership in critical transport situations. Organizing of special transport Regular checking of traffic routes, including the procedure for sending shipments. Comparative overview for each transport solution (comparison of different solutions) Checking Istar status Reporting (KPIs) Monitoring key performance indicators Preparation of weekly and monthly reports Identifying potential improvements and proposing appropriate measures for improvement Detecting deviations Tracking special shipments Daily tracking of all special freights Sending tracking reports to LOP planners Informing LOP in case of delay Qualifications Recent graduate or last year student of Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Faculty of Technical Sciences, Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering etc Advanced Excell skills Fundamental knowledge of SAP (WM, MM) will be considered an advantage Proactive and structured work Good organizational and analytical skills Excellent communication skills and teamwork Fluency in English Additional Information The help of a mentor that will guide you through your own projects Experienced colleagues, the international environment will help you grow your knowledge and skills Being part of a great engineering team will challenge you personally and professionally Paid full-time internship with flexible working hours, so you can be on track with faculty activities Access to the latest tools and technology from the market Free lunch at the canteen and organized transportation If you believe this internship is made for you, please send your CV in English using Apply button.
