Responsibilities

Reporting directly to our National Operations Manager of this business division, you’ll oversee all transport-related activities across VIC, NSW, and QLD. Leading a team of transport coordinators and drivers, your key focus areas will include:

  • PEOPLE LEADERSHIP & TEAM DEVELOPMENT:Coach, lead, and inspire a team of drivers and coordinators, creating a cohesive, customer-centric, and high-performing environment. You’ll proactively check in, provide guidance, and empower your team to meet clear KPIs.
  • BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT:Identify opportunities to grow profitability, efficiency, and service quality across our transport operations. You’ll engage with supplier partnerships, develop and enhance our transport applications and systems, and champion process improvements that reduce waste and maximise productivity.
  • SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:Actively manage and review supplier relationships, holding partners accountable to high standards of service, compliance (Chain of Responsibility) and cost-efficiency.
  • OPERATIONAL & FLEET MANAGEMENT:Oversee fleet utilisation, maintenance scheduling, compliance management, and daily route planning to deliver optimal service to customers.
