JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an enthusiastic Transport Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for compliance with safety regulations, managing driver performance.

SKILLS

• Proven management experience within a transport or logistics environment.
• Strong driving knowledge with an understanding of road safety regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer literacy.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Must hold full uk Driving Licence
• Must hold CPC qualification and have previous Transport Management experience minimum 5 years
• Strong knowledge of UK/Local transport regulations, safety compliance, and licensing requirements.
• Track record of budget control and cost efficiency improvements.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

• Maintain accurate records of journeys, inspections, and incident reports.

• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and regulatory authorities as needed.
