DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Transport Manager to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• Leading Transport through effective leadership, communication and development of the wider team. Driving a culture of high performance, safety and compliance.
• Have clear understanding of Objectives & KPIs applicable to your role and to your team
• To be a 21st Century Manager leading and managing a Transport Team
• Be the point of escalation for operational issue management and resolution for transport and with local warehouse
• Accountable for driver and fleet compliance in line with legal and DHL standards
