DESIREABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma or higher in Transport & Logistics, Business, or related discipline.
• Experience in heavy vehicle transport (e.g., linehaul, interstate freight).

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in transport/logistics operations, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• High level of leadership ability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong focus on customer service
• Exceptional attention to detail and maintain a sustained level of concentration in a high risk fast paced environment
• Experience using the SAP system
• Experience implementing new systems / process
• Experience in a freight scanning environment
• COR knoweldge
