Were looking for a proactive leader who can own it and drive improvements across operations, sales, recruitment, compliance, and finance at your depot.
Youll work closely with our board and head office functions and report directly to the General Manager, with support from the AM Supervisor, PM Supervisor, Planner, and Head Office.

• CPC Holder & Experience: Youre a seasoned transport professional with a current CPC
• Leadership & Initiative: Lead with confidence, integrity, and a genuine commitment to supporting your team
• Proactive Mindset: Youre not just a manageryoure a hands-on problem-solver who is proactive in seeking improvements
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly, transparently, and effectively with all levels of the team

• Fleet Planning & Utilization: Assess and manage the planning of fleet operations to maximize vehicle utilization and efficiency
• Team Leadership: Manage and support a team of 30 drivers, promoting engagement and retention
• Operational KPIs: Youll be measured on depot turnover, gross margin, work volume, vehicle utilization, staff retention, and legal compliance
