SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Mammoet is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Operations team at the Edmonton Branch. This role offers a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, where you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to daily departmental processes and gain valuable experience to support your career growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

  • Receive and enter time sheets into SAP for payroll.
  • Payroll & Unionized knowledge
  • Create reports when necessary
  • Create any inter-company invoices
  • Invoice Creation
  • Purchasing Order process
  • Record any meeting minutes as requested by the department
  • Filing all necessary documents
  • Supply/create SAP reports as needed
