• Oversee daily transport operations, including route planning and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with NHVR, fatigue management, and Chain of Responsibility regulations.
• Manage transport asset maintenance and repair costs effectively.
• Prepare and analyse financial reports to optimise performance.
• Lead and mentor a skilled team, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Engage and manage subcontractors to meet business demands.
