As a key member of our Transport/Service Management Team, you’ll be responsible for managing all transport operational activities from our Larkfield site, which covers London and the Southeast 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will be responsible for facilitating the effective utilisation of the fleet of vehicles and ensure service delivery meets and exceeds our customers’ expectations. We operate in a highly regulated industry meaning our transport compliance will be at the forefront of the role. To enable this, you will be supported by a team of six supervisors, who in turn are responsible for circa. 80 drivers and 5 administrators, utilising a fleet of 50+ vehicles.
We are looking for an experienced Transport Manager who has previously managed a large and busy site or multiple sites.
