We are looking for a Transport Operations Supervisor to join our sector leading travel and leisure business.

• Supervise daily transport operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery schedules.
• Manage and coordinate drivers, vehicles, and transport employees to meet business requirements.
• Monitor and optimize route planning for cost efficiency and reduced downtime.
• Ensure compliance with all transport regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules and liase with the fleet management teams.
• Handle escalations, resolving operational challenges promptly.
• Foster a positive team culture, providing guidance, training, and motivation to teams.
• Ensure all drivers and schedules are within driver working regulations/
• To work in line with ‘best practice’ ensuring compliance to relevant policies.
• To maintain confidentiality and discretion.
• Liase with all internal departments such as customer services, fleet maintenance, product, and other regional offices to ensure all vehicles are dispatched safely and on time.
• Be part of the on-call team rota.
