Shift patterns: Any 5 out of 7 - including weekends between 6:00am and 22:00pm

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking an Transport Operative to play a vital role ensuring smooth-running of all transport scheduled activities.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE ON MICROSOFT OFFICE, EXCEL AND OUTLOOK
- Able to communicate at all levels, internally and externally
Responsibilities:
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will;
- Contact customers about delivery issues, raise incident reports and agree corrective actions
- Daily brief and de-brief of drivers
- Produce accurate daily and weekly KPI’s ensuring they are distributed on time
- Manage team members including performance review, performance management and learning and development
