Rand Brothers is a long-standing, family-run agricultural business now expanding into general haulage. With a newly launched fleet of curtain side and skeletal trailers, we’re seeking a Transport Planner to help lead and grow this exciting new area of the business.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants more than just a planning role — we’re looking for someone who’s proactive, driven, and keen to develop with the business.

• Plan and manage daily operations for our new general haulage fleet
• Support an established fleet of bulk tippers and 8-wheelers, as needed
• Ensure efficient routing, legal compliance, and strong driver communication
• Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring top-level service
• Actively seek out new work opportunities and help develop our client base
• Contribute to shaping systems and processes as the division grows
