DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking an experienced Transport Planner to play a vital role ensuring continuous improvement of planning processes within the transport department.

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will

• Planning customer deliveries across 3 sites and 4 vehicles, responsible for the execution of transport plans
• Coordinate and provide support and information in the running of safe and efficient operation, working within clear guidelines to help achieve the operational standards and defined outcomes for your area of responsibility during shift.
• Collate all feedback against plan in the daily operations log for use in plan/do/review calls
• Interrogation, allocation and assignment of work via TMS, ensuring system compliance
• Collate all feedback against plan in the daily operations log for use in plan/do/review calls
• Point of the contact for all drivers during your drivers duty shift
