Job Description The Transport Planner (Analyst level) based in Tarlac-Feeds manages daily customer orders by planning, prioritizing, and tracking deliveries to ensure dispatch aligns with agreed service levels for optimal customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Order Fulfillment & Transport Supervisor, this role coordinates closely with internal departments like Sales and Accounting, as well as external 3rd-party truckers and shipping lines. Key responsibilities include executing inbound and outbound logistics workflows using SAP S/4HANA, managing carrier selection and master data, handling freight document distribution, and processing financial settlements like Freight Settlement Documents (FSDs), credit memos, and cost distributions. Performance is measured against specific targets, including processing FSDs within 3 days, logging Proof of Delivery (POD) on day 0, and maintaining at least an 80% score for on-time delivery and issue resolution. Qualifications Education: College graduate, preferably with a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Resilience & Focus: Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to shifting daily demands while maintaining a high tempo and accuracy. Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate thoughts clearly in the English language and maintain diplomatic professional etiquette. Technical & Analytical Aptitude: Basic proficiency or familiarity with ERP systems (like SAP) to log data, monitor reports, and handle financial settlements. Teamwork & Customer Focus: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate smoothly with internal departments (Sales, Accounting) and maintain excellent service levels for external clients and carriers.
