Description

Location:Pronsfeld, DE
We, as Arla – a European dairy cooperative with over 19,000 employees and nearly 12,000 farmers – represent a strong community with distinct Scandinavian values and deep roots in our local markets. Our cooperative principle enables us to maintain a close relationship with our farmers – the owners of Arla – and motivates us every day to do our best for our farmers, colleagues, our milk, our consumers, and our environment! We believe: Together, we achieve the best results!
Changes are developments! This also applies here – with the aim of becoming even more flexible and quickly adapting to external dynamics, we have reorganized our structure accordingly. At our new logistics site in the Lower Rhine, you are not only responsible for the smooth operation in the area of disposition but also for implementing things in an agile, reflective, and pragmatic manner and bringing colleagues & employees with their “growth mindset” on the Arla journey.
