We can expand and develop our innovative and forward-thinking company through our investment in people. A position has become available in our Operations team as a Transport Planner. The position is based at our Lasham, Hampshire Depot.

• Planning: Route planning delivery, collections, and services, ensuring they happen on time and re-routing any changes throughout the day.
• Admin: Complete the driver’s jobs by checking them through to ensure all have been completed sufficiently, splitting down contracts, and sending pre-hire checks.
• Communication: Being the first point of call for the drivers, proactively problem-solving any issues, liaising with customers and solving queries quickly.
• Managing drivers remotely to guarantee the best level of service, Supervising working hours & breaks, Back to work interviews, Investigations and infringement management and appraisals
• Ensuring Driver’s Vehicles are compliant and well-maintained
• Being part of the on-call team (full training provided)
• Other duties that are deemed reasonable within the role
