POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Transport Refrigeration Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing refrigeration units for our fleet and customers refrigerated trailers and trucks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Technical training in refrigeration or HVAC preferred.
• Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of reefer units or refrigeration systems.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel to various job sites as required.

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on refrigeration units for trailers and trucks.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Complete work orders accurately and on time.
• Conduct on-site service calls and provide emergency repairs as needed.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
