About the Role An opportunity has become available for a highly organised Transport Scheduler to join the team at the Metroll Perth site. This role is responsible for coordinating daily transport operations, ensuring customer deliveries are scheduled efficiently and completed on time. You will work closely with production, warehouse teams and drivers to manage delivery schedules while maintaining excellent customer service and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Plan and schedule daily transport runs for local and regional deliveries Coordinate driver schedules and allocate loads efficiently Communicate delivery timeframes with customers and internal teams Monitor delivery progress and manage any scheduling changes or delays Liaise with warehouse and production teams to ensure orders are ready for dispatch Maintain accurate records of deliveries, routes and transport documentation Ensure compliance with safety, fatigue management and transport regulations Skills and Experience Previous experience in transport scheduling, logistics coordination or dispatch Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment Excellent communication and problem solving skills Experience working with transport management systems or scheduling software Knowledge of Perth area routes is highly desirable What’s on Offer Supportive team environment Stable and growing Australian business Opportunity to grow within the operations and logistics team
