What You'll Do Lead, grow, and inspire a high-performing transport team. Drive project delivery across a variety of transport projects, from road upgrades, major intersections, haul roads and rail extensions, Secure new opportunities find, tender, and win projects that matter. Provide technical excellence and assurance across design, engineering drawings, and reports ensuring compliance with Austroads guidelines, Australian Standards, and industry best practice. Partner with government agencies, contractors, and consultants to deliver projects that transform communities. Mentor, support, and develop your team creating a culture of collaboration, learning, and performance. About You You are an experienced civil/transport engineer who thrives on both leadership and delivery. You may already be a senior manager with strong industry networks, or a rising star looking to prove yourself in a strategic role. Either way, you bring: Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering. Chartered status (or eligibility) with Engineers Australia. Proven experience delivering complex transport infrastructure projects. Established relationships with state and local government, contractors, and key industry players in South Australia. Business development skills to grow the pipeline of work. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities. Strategic thinking combined with hands-on problem-solving skills. Why Join Fyfe?
