Your profile

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or can demonstrate a comparable commercial qualification in the field of transport and logistics.
• You have already gained initial experience in the international dispatching of a groupage freight forwarding company as well as in telephone customer service; ideally, you are already a professional in this field.
• Your strengths include a strong team player mentality, service orientation, and a high level of commitment.
• Even in hectic situations, you keep a cool head and remain composed.
• Good French skills for communicating with international clients round off your profile.
