We are seeking an experienced Transport Supervisor to lead our transport operations at Milton Keynes. In this pivotal role, you will:

• Manage and support drivers to deliver excellent customer service and on-time, in-full performance.
• Ensure all drivers and vehicles comply with DVSA, MHRA, and GDP regulations.
• Champion a zero-accident culture, promoting health & safety across the site.
• Plan driver rotas and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee fleet maintenance and servicing schedules.
• Induct, train, and manage drivers, ensuring policies on attendance and holidays are followed.
• Monitor KPIs, drive improvements, and contribute to business strategy projects.
• Provide weekend emergency cover on a rota basis.
