As a Transport Supplier Specialist, you play a key role in ensuring that our transport network performs reliably, efficiently and responsibly, every single day. In this role, you are responsible for managing regional and global transport flows across road, sea and air, executed by our external logistics partners. Operating at an operational level, you focus on performance management, cost control and continuous improvement. You help ensure that deliveries are executed in line with agreed service levels and budgets, while contributing to the future development of Rituals’ transport network. You work closely with transport providers and internal stakeholders and act as a key point of contact for operational performance. By combining data-driven insights with a hands-on mindset, you directly impact customer satisfaction, business continuity and sustainability. You report to the Sr. Manager Transport Operations. Your key responsibilities Ensure reliable and efficient execution of regional and global transport flows across B2B and B2C channels, in line with agreed service levels and budgets. Own transport performance management for selected suppliers, including KPI tracking, cost control, CO₂ impact and continuous improvement initiatives. Lead operational performance reviews with carriers and internal stakeholders, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions where needed. Act as the primary operational contact for transport providers, managing day-to-day execution, escalations and alignment on priorities. Prepare the transport network for seasonal peaks and key business moments through effective planning and collaboration with internal teams. Translate data and insights into actionable improvements that support service excellence, cost efficiency and the future scalability of the transport network. Qualifications A strong result orientation with a structured approach to supplier and performance management. A hands-on mindset and strong sense of ownership in logistics execution. Analytical skills combined with operational insight and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across teams and external partners. Confidence in working with data, dashboards and performance metrics. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in transport or logistics operations, preferably within a Retail or FMCG environment. Proven experience managing external suppliers, 3PLs and performance frameworks. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and transport management systems.
