Responsibilities
  • To develop a vast understanding of our TMS system, GoStream.
  • Work together with GoStream team to suggest improvements that can be made to the system to improve our operation.
  • Reporting into the Regional Team Manager and working closely with MWIAH Planning Team to delegate tasks and develop processes that can help the business progress
  • Ensuring the operation remains legally compliant whilst maintaining a focus on making astute financial decisions.
  • Managing resource in line with information supplied by Transport Office. Makes changes where necessary in response to any weight or absence issues.
  • Supporting the depots in any changes should they be required.
  • Communicating effectively with the nights and loading teams focusing on safe loading and vehicle utilisation.
  • Effectively communicating any issues to all relevant parties in a timely manner.
  • Understanding the Companies standard operating procedures and attending training sessions as appropriate
