THE ROLE - Warehouse & Distribution Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor who is self-motivated and team-oriented to join an amazing warehouse team in Richlands QLD.

As Warehouse & Distribution Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and coordinating day-to-day activities in the warehouse.

Key responsibilities include:

• Undertaking high level warehouse duties and responsibility to maintaining an organised and clean work area
• Receiving and inspecting all incoming goods including quality assurance
• Manage and maintain competing orders with capable time and task management
• Loading and unloading of trucks in a safe and compliant manner
• General assembly of racking and shelving installation as required
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism, accountability, and ethical conduct
• Collaborate with team members while managing individual tasks effectively
• Identify issues and implement practical solutions to improve outcomes
• Build skills and knowledge to support personal growth and team performance

Shift : Monday to Friday

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• Minimum of 3+ years warehouse experience is essential;
• Experience in the industry
• Current Forklift licence
• Exceptional customer service
• Enthusiastic and proactive to work with limited supervision
• Great written & oral communication skills
• Basic assembly skills for racking and shelving installation
• Good time management and planning capability
• Ability to manage competing priorities
• Ability to supervise workers
