POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Transportation Account Administrator to join our growing trucking insurance team. This entry-level position supports the servicing of commercial transportation accounts, including certificates of insurance, endorsements, billing, and claims assistance for a portfolio of trucking clients. You’ll play a key role in helping our Account Executives and Managers deliver exceptional service to clients operating in the transportation industry.

Responsibilities
  • Client Servicing (Trucking Focus):

Issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs), Binders, and Evidence of Property Insurance (EPI) for trucking clients. Assist Account Managers with renewal documents, loss control data, MVRs, and updates in AMS360.

  • Endorsements & Policy Changes:

Process and track trucking-related policy endorsements such as vehicle additions/removals, driver changes, cargo limits, and state filings (e.g., Form E, Form H, MCS-90).

  • Billing & Payments:

Assist with billing inquiries, track payments, and help ensure clients stay current on premium obligations. Coordinate with accounting for timely invoicing and reconciliation.

  • Claims Support:

Help clients initiate and track trucking-related claims, including auto liability, physical damage, cargo, and general liability. Serve as a liaison between the client and claims team.

  • Team Collaboration:

Work closely with a specialized team that understands the unique risks and needs of trucking operations. Assist Account Executives and Account Managers in day-to-day client servicing.

  • Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure all processes align with DOT, FMCSA, and insurance carrier requirements. Maintain up-to-date records in AMS360 and follow internal service procedures.
