Check out our website here: Home - MaRRS Job Description: As a Transportation Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for developing new business, expanding existing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across our transportation and logistics network. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a passion for building partnerships and delivering value-driven logistics solutions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Prospect, qualify, and secure new transportation customers. Manage a sales pipeline and maintain consistent follow-up with clients. Develop tailored logistics solutions and pricing strategies to meet customer needs. Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service execution. Track key performance metrics and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts. Represent our company professionally with strong communication and relationship-building skills. Experience and Requirements: 2+ years of experience in transportation or logistics sales (truckload, LTL, or brokerage). Proven ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts. Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Self-motivated, organized, and driven to exceed goals. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Communications, or a related field preferred. Experience selling 3PL or freight brokerage services preferred. Demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding sales targets preferred.
