Position – Transportation Aide (Social Services) Location: Retirement Ranches, Inc. – Clovis, NM (On-site)  Status: Full-Time Schedule: Days _____________________________________________________________________   Job Summary:  Provides resident transportation per care plans and policies, and supports the planning and operation of Social Services in compliance with regulations under supervisor direction. _____________________________________________________________________   Compensation:  * $14.50 per hour _____________________________________________________________________   Benefits:  * Health insurance options designed for flexibility  * Dental and Vision insurance  * Company-paid life insurance  * 401(k) with employer match  * PTO and Shift Differentials * Employee Assistance Program (EAP) * Referral bonuses, employee discounts, early wage access *Benefits vary by employment status (Full-time, Part-time, PRN)* _____________________________________________________________________   Key Responsibilities:  * Provide safe, timely resident transportation for appointments and events. * Assist residents with transfers, positioning, and vehicle boarding/offboarding (including lifts) per care plans. * Coordinate transport schedules with Social Services and plan for delays. * Maintain vehicle readiness (cleanliness, fueling, servicing). * Safeguard and deliver resident paperwork during transports. * Complete required documentation accurately and daily. * Communicate issues affecting duties (resident or vehicle concerns) to supervisor. * Support resident care planning and assist with transportation needs. * Report any unusual or unexpected events immediately to supervisor. _____________________________________________________________________   Qualifications:  Required:  * High school diploma or equivalent * Valid, unencumbered state issued driver's license _____________________________________________________________________   What You Can Expect:  * Hiring manager contact within 1–2 business days  * 1–2 interviews with leadership and mentor  * Electronic onboarding and paid orientation  * Community tour, badge, keys, and ongoing paid training    About Retirement Ranch:  Join our 104-bed skilled nursing community, where long-term care meets short-term rehab with heart. We’re proud of our team culture that feels more like family than work.
