The Position: Provides safe transportation of Resort guests and employees from the parking lots to the gaming center, hotel and other Resort properties. Greets guest and provides exemplary customer service for the Resort. Performs the work of employees as well as supervising and guiding staff that are on shift. Duties include but are not limited to: Schedules and delegates work to shuttle staff, providing service to Resort guest and employees at all times. Oversees daily operations including time and attendance. Provides some guidance and makes recommendations to the manager regarding hiring, development and discipline of employees. Greets and welcomes all Resort guests entering the shuttle bus to provide cordial guest service and encourage repeat business. Provides timely and convenient transportation to Resort guests and employees by driving the shuttle safely from the parking lots to the main doors and other locations of the property. Able to read and comprehend written instructions. Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks. Good organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills. Excellent service approach when dealing with guests. Must be able to obtain a Class I Gaming License. Current Oregon Class C Passenger Endorsed CDL and the ability to qualify for the UIDC’s Drivers Program.
