With eight offices across NY, PA, and TX, we offer expertise in landscape architecture, planning, engineering, environmental, survey, GIS, and construction representation.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or related field (MS preferred)
  • 8-15 years minimum of transportation experience, project management experience preferred.
  • Professional Engineering License (PE)
  • Complete understanding of MicroStation

Responsibilities
  • Manage and facilitate project communications with internal and external customers and suppliers.
  • Manage projects including project budget, schedule, scope, invoicing, and accounts receivable on time and within budget.
  • Assist with project proposals and business development.
  • Guide the design of projects, ensuring QA/QC is performed on all calculations and deliverables.
  • Oversee preparation of construction bid packages for transportation projects; providing direction to internal design staff; and communicating with clients and regulatory approving agencies.
  • Ability to manage transportation projects including highways, structures and traffic.
  • Lead the engineering design process for transportation projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
  • Coordinate with design teams to develop detailed plans, specifications, and drawings.
  • Perform technical reviews and provide guidance to resolve design challenges.
  • Manage a team of engineers, drafters, and other professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their technical and professional skills.
