Description

Position: Roadways Technologist
Purpose:
Integrated Engineering is a Saskatoon engineering consultant and part of the Acadia Group of companies. We are expanding our footprint in the Saskatchewan Highways Construction Administration field and are looking for a keen individual to join our team for the remainder of the 2025 season.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Team Player
  • Perform various testing and inspections related to road construction - sieve and compaction testing experience
  • Operate GPS survey instruments and software an asset
  • Keep accurate field notes and prepare reports
  • Open to performing construction supervision
  • Communicate with on site supervisor and contractor during project execution
  • Quality control and quality assurance to both company and client quality standards on a variety of construction projects
  • Comfort in a large scale construction environment
  • Willingness to work extended hours and work on road at times

Preferred Qualifications

  • Civil Construction field and/or equivalent work/educational experience
  • Educational background in Civil/Transportation or equivalent experience
  • Saskatchewan Highways experience an asset
  • Possession of a valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Drivers License
  • CivilCAD experience an asset
  • Ability to travel to worksites across Saskatchewan as required

Experience/Skills Required

  • Strong communication and organizational skills with an attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an active environment with minimal supervision
  • Ability to meet deadlines and tight schedules
  • Commitment to a team environment with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 70 per week
