As a Transportation Coordinator you will be at the forefront of the Logistics Team: Providing excellent service to customers, drivers and team members. Developing the transportation schedule and coordinating all inbound and outbound shipments. Ensuring communication is top notch and all parties are working together as a team to complete orders. Tracking assets to ensure equipment is accounted for. Executing seamless coordination between the transportation office and other departments. Providing backup support to other team members. Communicate with drivers regarding schedules, changes and delivery expectations. Monitor routes to ensure on-time performance. Resolve transportation issues, delays or emergencies promptly.
