We are Fellowship Square Tucson, a not-for-profit senior living community, seeking a Transportation Coordinator to oversee and support our transportation services while leading a dedicated team of drivers who make a difference every day. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, people-focused, and committed to safety, service, and accountability. Responsibilities Coordinate daily transportation schedules and routes to ensure timely, efficient service Supervise, support, and guide drivers to promote professionalism and safety Ensure compliance with transportation safety standards and regulations Oversee vehicle readiness, inspections, and maintenance coordination Respond to scheduling changes, service needs, or transportation issues Maintain accurate records related to drivers, vehicles, and transportation activity Serve as a point of contact for transportation questions, concerns, and service requests Foster a respectful, customer-focused experience for all passengers Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred) Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English. Bilingual a plus. Minimum of 2–4 years of transportation or fleet operations experience Demonstrated experience/knowledge of commercial vehicle maintenance At least 1–2 years of supervisory or lead experience Strong knowledge of transportation safety and compliance standards Strong experience with MS Word programs Yardi experience a plus Benefits: DailyPay option available.
