MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

• Create and provide calculations for Fuel Surcharge regularly.
• Create and provide calöculations and report for the hub and spoke invoice split regularly.
• Communicate with all stakeholders like people from PDC’s, other departments, management, carriers.
• Support the Working Group Leads for Transportation Tenders related data. Communicate with stakeholders like HQ, PDC’s, other departments,Management and carriers.
• Collect necessary data from system (AMOS and others) and PDC’s,create logistics cost report
• Create and provide reports from system data regarding KPI: On Time Delivery, Transportation Calims.
• Collect referrals lead time data from the system, organize the data and reportto management monthly. Create seperate referral lead time reports on demand.
• Provide and implement Standard Operations Procedures (SOP) for operations changes.
• Support PDC’s and management in necessary transportation related issues.
