Role Type Contractor What you'll be doing: As a Transportation Coordinator at Avon, you’ll take the lead in ensuring that our transport and delivery operations run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be the go-to person for all transport-related matters, working closely with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers to make sure our products reach their destinations on time and in perfect condition. You’ll also support and guide a dedicated team, helping them grow and succeed while keeping our processes aligned with Avon’s standards. Key responsibilities: What you'll be working on: Coordinating the full transportation process from shipping to final delivery Managing domestic and international logistics, including customs clearance Leading supplier selection, negotiations, and performance monitoring Handling courier and postal services not related to order delivery Supporting and coaching a team, assigning tasks, and ensuring quality control Managing transportation budgets and optimizing costs Resolving customer complaints and identifying root causes Participating in regional and global logistics projects Driving continuous improvement in processes, tools, and team efficiency Building strong partnerships with internal departments and external suppliers What we're looking for: Higher education, preferably in Economics or a related field 3 years of experience in transportation and parcel delivery Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Solid understanding of FMCG logistics and customs regulations Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access) Experience in managing budgets and performance indicators Comfortable working across functions and building partnerships A proactive mindset focused on efficiency and service quality Why Avon?
