Description Omni-Serv partners with the passenger airlines industry and carrier services to perform various aviation roles. Omni-Serv is in search of Transportation Customer Service Agents available for full-time work with a flexible schedule at Newark Liberty International Airport. We are looking for a candidate who can maintain a professional demeanor, are team players, and have a positive and “can do” attitude. Compensation: $20.50 per hour, medical, vision, dental, life insurance Varied Shifts: Days off to be determined. Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed. Job Responsibilities: To support passengers and travelers in all associated tasks in an effective, cordial, and professional manner, while upholding high levels of service and courtesy. Duties/Responsibilities: Maintain the highest standard of customer service by handling passenger requests promptly and efficiently. This involves delivering operational excellence in a safety-conscious environment that promotes exceptional service throughout the entire passenger experience, leading to overall customer satisfaction Greet passengers, provide a warm welcome and informing them of the next steps in their travel process Accurately read and interpret boarding passes in order to assist with general passenger inquiries and provide clear, helpful information Requirements Required Skills/Abilities: Strong verbal and written communication skills Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach Commitment to outstanding customer service Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment Required Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED Prior experience in customer service is preferred Physical Requirements: This role requires working in an environment with moderate to high noise levels due to in-person interactions within an airport setting This position involves prolonged periods of standing throughout the shift Ability to work in all weather conditions, including inclement weather
