Multi-state design firm is seeking a Transportation Design Lead Engineer to join their team in Little Rock, Arkansas! Responsibilities: Lead transportation-related projects (urban/rural highways, interchanges, and municipal highways) Use technical expertise to provide guidance to the team Mentor/train junior staff Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering 6+ years of roadway/highway design experience PE License Arkansas DOT and/or Arkansas municipality projects experience preferred Knowledge of MicroStation and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D Salary is commensurate with experience.
