What you will be doing: Perform geometric reviews for complex roadway projects, including interchanges, intersections, and freeways. Evaluate design exception submittals and assist submitters through the formal approval process. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Multimodal Design Guide, ensuring standards remain current. Participate in value engineering workshops and collaborate on the development of workshop materials. Assist with the ongoing updates of the Location and Design Manual, Volume 1, and other roadway standards.
