Description

Incumbent works under the general direction of the District Branch Chief, a Senior Transportation Engineer. As a Contract Manager, will assist in the reporting, procurement and management of A & E Contracts and other Agreements pursuant to state and federal contracting laws & regulations and policies. Coordinates with Agency staff in identifying specific basis for consultant selection, types of contract or agreement, contract goals, preparing scope of work, schedules, cost estimates and bid items for engineering services to be provided in contract details. Ensure contract compliance, including conflict of interest policies, management of sensitive and confidential information policies, as they all relate to reporting, procurement, management and timely and ethical delivery & payment of services, within scope of contracts.
