Full service engineering firm with tradition and reputation that goes back over 40 years looking to add a Senior Transportation Engineer to their Novi office! Responsibilities: Work with team to develop roadway design projects for state and local clients Manage all aspects of roadway design projects from start to finish Develop/review plans and computations to ensure design works/construction plans are accurate and high quality Responsible for all aspects of projects (cost control, staffing, and quality control) Find innovative ways to develop time saving design processes Ensure project is completed on time and within budget Requirements: B.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited program 5+ years of roadway/local roadway design experience PE License or ability to obtain within one year Pavement design and project management experience preferred Experience with design software (MicroStation/OpenRoads) Salary is commensurate with experience.
