Leading U.S. engineering consulting firm is seeking a Transportation Engineer for their Minneapolis, Minnesota office! Responsibilities: Involvement in design process/project advancement (setting priorities/developing objectives) Use technical expertise to aid multi-discipline team Prepare highway/roadway and sewer plans, specifications, and estimates Responsible for project permitting Prepare project reports Mentor/train junior engineers Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering 5+years of practical design experience (transportation engineering, highway design, and local street design) PE License Knowledge of MnDOT design/standards Good communication skills Proficient in MicroStation/OpenRoads required. Working knowledge of modeling with OpenRoads preferred Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D software preferred Salary is commensurate with experience.
