Team up for success: Collaborate with planners, engineers, contractors, and public agencies to deliver exceptional results. Grow your expertise: Assist with project management activities such as scheduling, cost estimation, and resource planning. Deliver quality work: Prepare engineering designs and documentation that align with VDOT standards. Lead by example: Support and mentor junior team members while upholding high technical standards. Stay ahead of the curve: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
