Description Transportation Equipment/Vehicle Dispatcher and Commercial Line-Haul Coordinator The Ascendancy Group’s Mission To be the unequaled provider of special operations forces (SOF) and Intelligence Community focused technical, service, and training-based solutions. Overview As a TAG Transportation Equipment/Vehicle Dispatcher and Commercial Line-Haul Coordinator you will be responsible for monitoring the dispatch, return and maintenance schedules of all vehicles, and equipment assigned to Logistics Support Unit and the scheduling of Commercial Line-Hauls (TAC code) when Military assets are unavailable. *This position is contingent upon contract award. Security Requirement: Must possess a SECRET security clearance. Roles and Responsibilities: Schedules and dispatches "C" Pool Civil Engineering Support Equipment and Material Handling Equipment for short term loans to NSW East coast commands. Re-issues “B” assigned CESE and MHE for re-occurring loans. Tracks CESE and MHE for late returns and notify customer of status. Maintains a key locker with all keys assigned to the motor pool. Monitors the Preventative Maintenance schedule and notify customers in advance of maintenance requirements. Maintains equipment status board to accurately display equipment readiness. Receives emergency break-down notifications and relay information to chain of command for action. Submit TAC codes for commercial Line-Hauls utilizing the Global Freight Management (GFM) system. Requirements: Minimum of one year dispatch operations experience. Experience/Knowledge with Fleet Focus Vehicle Fleet Management (FF) system. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Be able to communicate clearly and effectively with others, both verbally and in writing.
