Our Bus Aides assist in providing transportation daily to individuals with developmental disabilities from group home settings to community programs and day habilitation. RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the securement of wheelchairs. Ensures that all passengers' seatbelts are securely fastened. Ensures an individual's safety while on Agency vehicle. Assists individuals on and off the bus. QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to lift 30 pounds. Experience working as a bus monitor and/or working with the handicapped is preferred.
