This is a senior leadership role with influence. You’ll lead a talented local team, strengthen trusted client relationships, and help shape transportation outcomes across the Queenstown Lakes and Central Otago districts—while staying connected to a strong national cohort of Transportation Leaders across Aotearoa. You’ll balance technical excellence, commercial insight, and inclusive leadership, building both a thriving business and a high‑performing team culture. Your impact will include: · Growing Stantec’s Transportation business across the public and private sectors in Queenstown Lakes and Central Otago. · Providing technical and commercial leadership to the Queenstown Transportation team. · Delivering meaningful local and national project work within your technical discipline (e.g. Geometric Design, Contract Management, Structural or Geotechnical Engineering). · Building, leading, and sustaining a strong, inclusive, and engaged team culture. · Coaching and developing people to help them reach their full potential. · Building trusted, long‑term relationships with clients and partners across the Otago region and beyond. · Collaborating closely with Transportation Leaders across Stantec’s New Zealand business to share capability, insight, and opportunity.
