Requirements What You’ll Do Lead and support transportation staff and drivers Oversee daily delivery and pickup schedules Ensure DOT, safety, and vehicle compliance standards are followed Manage fleet coordination, routing, and transportation logistics Approve timecards, PTO requests, and scheduling needs Conduct coaching conversations, performance reviews, and team development Partner with warehouse and operations leadership to improve efficiency Monitor transportation metrics, maintenance needs, and operational performance Help create a culture built on accountability, teamwork, and service What We’re Looking For Previous transportation, logistics, fleet, or operations leadership experience Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment Experience supervising teams and handling employee performance Knowledge of transportation safety and compliance standards CDL knowledge or warehouse/logistics background Passion for serving the community and supporting a mission-driven organization Why Join Us?
