MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university and/or 5+ years of related experience.
  • Working knowledge of trucking industry concepts, practices, regulations and procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Most supervised personnel work remotely.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong logistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with electronic log software and devices.
  • Experience working with Samsara or related software.
  • Experience working with Sage/Odoo or related software.
Responsibilities

SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES

This job does have supervisory responsibilities including the supervision, coaching and development of up to 12 team members. As a people manager, you will coach and develop employees in alignment with company policies and values, using corrective action where needed. You will be the direct contact for team questions and concerns and will support your team to maximize operational success.

  • Sedentary work.
