Description

We are hiring for a very large and reputed full-service engineering firm. This is a full-time position directly with the client. We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Transportation Market Area Leader to lead our team, overseeing all aspects of project execution from design to completion.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • A minimum of 8 years of practical design experience in transportation engineering, highway, and local street design.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida is required.
  • Proven experience in business development and project development processes, including marketing, client development, and proposal creation.
  • Experience in staff management and a proven leadership track record is preferred.
  • Knowledge of FDOT design and standards is necessary.
  • Project management experience with the Florida Department of Transportation is a plus.
  • Proficiency with MicroStation, Open Roads Design (ORD), AutoCAD, and Civil3D is a significant advantage.

    Pay: $60,097.18 - $84,310.58 per year
