The Department of Environmental Services (DES) [https://www.arlingtonva.us/Government/Departments/DES] is seeking a Transportation Operations Management Analyst to join our Operations team within the Transportation Engineering and Operations (TE&O) Bureau. TE&O manages over 900 miles of roadway and works to optimize the use of Arlington County’s streets and infrastructure to move people and goods safely and efficiently across all forms of transportation. This position is responsible for evaluating operational safety impacts of temporary and permanent uses of the public right-of-way, administering shared curb space regulations, addressing customer requests, and coordinating signage to enhance safety and accessibility for all roadway users.
